Didn't get the SamBooks verification email? It has almost always landed in spam or just needs a few minutes. Here's how to recognise it, where to look across the main providers (Gmail, Outlook, Libero…) and how to get it resent.

The email you're waiting for

  • Sender: SamBooks — address noreply@sambooks.ai
  • Subject: «SamBooks — Conferma il tuo indirizzo email» (Confirm your email)
  • Content: a «Verify email» button to click and activate access.
  • Validity: the link expires after 24 hours; after that, have a new one resent.

First: wait a minute and refresh

Delivery is almost always instant, but in some cases it takes a few minutes. Refresh your inbox before looking elsewhere.

Check spam / junk

That's the most likely place. Here's where to look in the most common providers:

  • Gmail — open the Spam folder in the left menu (click «More» if you don't see it). On mobile: menu ☰ → Spam. Found it? Open it and tap «Report not spam».
  • Outlook / Hotmail / LiveJunk Email folder. Right-click the message → «Report» → «Not junk».
  • Libero / Virgilio (Italian providers) — Spam folder: select the message and use «Not spam».
  • ArubaSpam folder; move the message to the inbox.
  • YahooSpam folder; «Not spam».
  • Apple iCloud MailJunk folder; «Move to Inbox».

Also use your mailbox search: look for sambooks or noreply@sambooks.ai to find it wherever it ended up.

Have it resent

The SamBooks confirmation screen has a «Resend email» button: click it to get a new message with a link valid for another 24 hours.

Make sure you never miss it again

Add noreply@sambooks.ai to your contacts (or trusted senders): that way future SamBooks messages — deadline alerts, invoice outcomes, confirmations — arrive straight in your inbox.

Still nothing?

  • Check that you typed the address correctly at sign-up: a typo (e.g. .con instead of .com) blocks delivery.
  • If you use a work email, the company spam filter may hold it: ask your IT team to allow the sambooks.ai domain, or sign up with a different email.
  • Write to info@sambooks.ai: we'll help you unlock access.
