How to sign up to SamBooks as an accountant: Studio registration and CNDCEC register verification

Signing up to SamBooks as an accountant is simple: you create your firm (Studio) profile, verify your enrolment in the Italian accountants' register (Albo CNDCEC) and manage every client company from one place. Here's how to register, step by step.
Before you start
Have these ready:
- Your firm's details (or your individual VAT number).
- The certificate of enrolment in the register of Chartered Accountants and Bookkeepers (CNDCEC), as a PDF.
- A valid email address.
Step 1 — Open sign-up and choose «I'm an accountant»
Go to sambooks.ai/register and select «I'm an accountant» at the top: the screen adapts to your profile.
Step 2 — Enter your firm's details
Provide your firm's data or your individual VAT number, just like a company: automatic lookup in the official registries, or manual entry of VAT number and name.
Step 3 — Create the account and confirm your email
Enter first name, last name, email and password, accept the Terms and Privacy Notice and create the account. We immediately send the verification email (sender SamBooks, subject «SamBooks — Conferma il tuo indirizzo email»): open it and click «Verify email» within 24 hours. Can't find it? Check spam — see Verification email not arriving.
Step 4 — Upload your register-enrolment certificate
After sign-up we ask for the PDF of your CNDCEC enrolment certificate. Upload it on the dedicated screen: verification is automatic — we read the data from the document. If an extra check is needed, we email you once it's ready.
Upload a legible, up-to-date certificate. If verification fails we explain why and you can upload a new one.
What happens next
- Once your enrolment is verified you access the Studio portal: the home with the client list and the compliance calendar.
- From there you add and manage client companies, each with its own data and permissions.
Good to know: accessing the Studio portal doesn't require a subscription.
